Sacred Reflection Sessions

Throughout my past experiences, I have been able to reflect on how I wanted to support other’s in a way that feels manageable, authentic, and accessible. I realized it required me to turn back to a more indigenous approach.

THIS IS NOT:

Mental health therapy: although I am a licensed therapist and this service is therapeutic, it is not held in the same framework. You will not receive a diagnose. We will not create a treatment plan to follow. You will not be able to receive any documentation for court, school, or other health reasons. This is not the space to work through high-risk situations that may result in a risk to your safety. This is not a substitute for mental health therapy. This a mental and spiritual health consultation.

A space for reflection and growth in awareness

A space to receive grounding support

A space to identify spiritual meaning making

A space to feel heard

A space to receive Hoodoo based tools to utilize

A space to receive additional support with a working and brainstorming to gain clarity on next steps

A space to reveal vs resolve

A space to receive additional prayer on the call

A space to receive resources

This services is for those of you who would like a little more in depth support throughout your Hoodoo journey.

A space to utilize when traditional mental health services may not be the best fit for you or feels out of reach.

Due to me being a licensed therapist, my background does inform my work. I will be utilizing all knowledge and skills, both educational and spiritual, to help provided guidance, increase awareness, decrease isolation, and increase access to healing.

This is not a on-going service, these are single session calls. Utilize on a “as needed” basis.

Please submit paperwork as soon as received. Session payment is required and must be paid in full 24 hours (1 day) prior before booked time to start the call. Call can not start until payment is received.

If appointment needs to be rescheduled please inform me at least an hour prior to start of call. If not contacted an hour prior, I will assume session will be held.

A refund nor reschedule will not be possible at this time. Please be on time, as I am unable to go over time due to tardiness.

Session ends exactly at the hour. If reschedule is needed, please be prepared to book a different session at that time of contact.

A full refund is only offered in case of a medical or valid serious emergency.

Please ensure camera is on during Zoom call.
